When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your final RSVP submitted by August 25, 2025. Final guest counts are needed for the caterer and venue to prepare for the big day!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, see the travel tab on the website for hotels and Airbnb rentals nearby. Hotel blocks are reserved at the listed hotels so be sure to mention the wedding for special rates.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking and there will be parking attendants directing traffic when you arrive to the venue. A golf cart shuttle is provided for guests who park in the lower lot.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted capacity and safety concerns. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to enjoy the night and relax!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 PM, please make sure you allow ample time to drive and park at the venue. If you are late and the ceremony has started, you will be asked to view from the side to keep the ceremony distraction free and ensure the photographer can capture the perfect photos.
