Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can as this helps us plan better for our event. We ask that you RSVP no later than November 6th, 2025.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While there is no obligation, we are registered at Zola. Please refer to the Registry tab on our site.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 3:45pm in the afternoon at Woodbine Mansion so that our ceremony can start promptly at 4pm. This ensures the rest of the evening can continue smoothly and on schedule!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our ceremony and reception is Black Tie Optional. Men are encouraged to wear a black tux but a dark suit and tie are perfectly appropriate as well. Women should wear a floor-length evening gown or a cocktail dress. Choose what makes you feel your best! We kindly ask that guests do not wear jeans.

Can I bring a date?

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Our venue has limited capacity, so we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation/RSVP attend. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at The Archer and Aloft Austin at The Domain. There are of course a number of other hotels in The Domain or in Round Rock closer to the venue. Please refer to the Accommodations tab for booking details.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions when you submit your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a guest lot at the back of Woodbine Mansion accessed from Burnet St and also free street parking along Burnet St, E Main St, and Lewis St. Alternatively, there is a free garage one block away on the corner of S Lampasas St/E Bagdad Ave. Unless you have a designated driver, we encourage ride sharing (Uber, Lyft, etc.) or utilizing our shuttle service.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be one Fetii sprinter van leaving The Archer at The Domain at 3pm to Woodbine Mansion and two Fetii sprinter vans leaving Woodbine Mansion at 10:15pm to return to The Archer. You do not have to stay at The Archer to utilize this transportation.
