What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on being at the ceremony by 3:55. Shuttles will be provided from the hotel on a first come, first serve basis and seating is limited, so please plan on being at the shuttle pick up by 3:00 in hopes of getting a seat. If no seats are available, please look in to carpooling with someone or utilizing Uber, Lyft or a Taxi service.

Is there a dress code?

Please let us know of any food allergies by April 9.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, two shuttles leaving the hotel at approximately 3:15 and three shuttles returning to the hotel after the reception.
