What do you mean by black tie optional?

Answer

For men - either a tuxedo or dark suit. For women - a floor length gown, evening dress, or jumpsuit if preferred.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The three hotels listed under the "travel" tab are all just 0.3 miles from The Adelphi - either a 6–7 minute walk or 2-minute ride by Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

Is there parking at The Adelphi?

Answer

The Adelphi offers valet parking for $40. Free parking is available at the city parking garage at 21 Putnam Place, just one short block from The Adelphi. Normally, overnight parking is allowed here. Guests staying nearby may find it easiest to park at their hotel and walk or take a short Uber or Lyft ride.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at The Adelphi.

What is the easiest way to get around Saratoga Springs?

Answer

Downtown Saratoga Springs is very walkable, and Uber/Lyft are readily available throughout the area. During the winter months, free street and garage parking is available throughout downtown, but please check posted signs for restrictions. The closest free parking garage is located at 21 Putnam Street.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your kids, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of our flower girls). Children are more than welcome to join us at the farewell party at the Bunker on New Year’s Day!

Are all guests invited to the welcome party and farewell party?

Answer

Absolutely! We’re looking forward to a multi-day celebration. We’d love for you to join us at all events, just please RSVP through the website for each event (once you receive QR code on formal invite) that you plan to attend so we can plan accordingly. If plans change last minute, just shoot us a text so we can update our headcount.
