Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask all guests to submit their RSVP no later than January 11, 2025. RSVP using the link that you all were sent via email and/or text message from Greenvelope.

What is the ceremony dress code?

Answer

Black-tie. We ask that men wear a black tuxedo or suit, and women wear a black floor-length gown or midi/knee-length cocktail dress. Gentleman, suit jackets are optional. You may also choose to incorporate a tie, bowtie or no tie. Just be sharp! :)

How many days is the villa reserved?

Answer

The villa is reserved from Tuesday, June 3 - Saturday, June 7, 2025. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. There will be additional information provided to friends and family that will be lodging at the villa during this allotted time. You may choose to extend your time in Spain, if you so wish.

How much should I budget for the occasion?

Answer

All guests are responsible for their own flights which vary depending on your comfort level and time of purchase. For our guests that will be lodging in the villa, we are requesting that each guest contribute $500 total per person for the 4 nights in the villa and necessary transportation. Outside of this, we will be covering several meals and adult beverages (please see the 'schedule' tab for details). Please bring additional funds for leisure spending at your discretion.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

We were very intentional about our guest list and the people that we want to spend this special day with. Therefore, we will not be allowing plus ones at our wedding ceremony that aren't already on the list.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for guests that are lodging at the villa, upon their arrival to Barcelona Airport on Tuesday, June 3rd. Transportation will also be provided on the night of Wednesday, June 4th for the joint Bachelor/Bachelorette outing in Barcelona for those attending. In the travel tab, we have provided a link where you can reserve rental cars or schedule taxi's during the duration of your stay.

Will there be food served that fits my dietary restriction(s)?

Answer

Yes! We know that our guests have a variety of diets that they follow. Dinner will be provided on Tuesday, June 3rd as well as brunch and dinner on Thursday, June 5th and they will cater to the carnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. In the RSVP tab, you can state your dietary restrictions for the two dinner events that we will be hosting.

Will there be an open bar?

Damn right! Reception to follow after the ceremony. Beverages will also be provided during the welcome dinner.

How will you communicate updated information before the wedding?

Answer

Our primary use of communication will be email. Please check your emails for additional correspondences. They will be sent from revisqnyla@gmail.com.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

This is an unplugged ceremony. Phones are not allowed to be in use during the duration of the ceremony. We want all of our guests to be fully present without distractions. Also, this allows the photographer and videographer to capture the genuine reactions and emotions that we will all experience during this time.

What are some essential items on the travel checklist?

Answer

PASSPORT! If you do not already have a passport, make this a priority. We are required to send copies of all of our guests' passports to the houseowner 1-week prior to our arrival. Credit/Debit Cards and Cash. Universal adapter phone charger. Reusable water bottle. Hand sanitizer. Lightweight clothing. Walking shoes & sandals. Just to name a few. :)
