How Brandon and Morgan Met

One day when Morgan was working at Chick-fil-A, she saw that there were two guys there with Disney ID’s. She introduced herself and told them that she was about to start working in the Market at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. They told her that they were lifeguards and went to go sit down to eat. Later that week, those two guys plus Brandon followed Morgan on Instagram. She followed them back. She knew she hadn’t met Brandon yet, but she figured she would meet him eventually since she saw that he also worked at the resort. The two guys had gone to Brandon to tell him about her. After only talking to Morgan for 30 seconds, they told Brandon that she was perfect for him. Eventually, Brandon and Morgan met in person. They met in the bank out room at work. Brandon tried to start a conversation with her, but she tends to be a little awkward around new people, so she didn’t say much. Brandon didn’t stop there. He knew she worked in the Market, so he would go in and order food as often as possible just to try and talk to her. A few weeks later, they got each other’s Snapchats and started talking on there. Morgan wasn’t sure how she felt at first because this would be her first boyfriend, but she quickly realized how much she liked talking to him. The two started texting every day. The first time they ever hung out was at church. Morgan invited Brandon to church one Friday night and then to Chili’s for dinner with everyone afterwards. Morgan was impressed that Brandon was able to talk to all of her friends so easily. He fit right in and was excited to finally hang out with her. Their first date was on Morgan’s birthday. Brandon texted her the night before and asked if he could take her out for a birthday breakfast. Morgan was so excited because by this point she liked him a lot! She said yes and the next morning they had breakfast at Mrs. Mac’s Fillin’ Station. They sat there for almost 3 hours! Time flew by becuause they had so much fun talking to each other.

The Engagement

February 2, 2019

While Morgan was at work, Brandon had been preparing all day to propose to her. He went out and got a picnic basket, blanket, food, tea, and dessert. He told Morgan to meet him the Pelican Island Wildlife Refuge after work so they could have a picnic date. When she got there, she noticed a photographer taking pictures of her daughters relatively close to where they were having a picnic. She told Brandon she thought they might've been in the way of the photographer, but Brandon said that he thought it was okay (because they were secretly taking pictures of the proposal!!!). Brandon and Morgan ate their food, talked, and laughed while looking out onto the river. When they were done eating, Brandon took Morgan to the edge of the water and proposed. She said YES! They were both so happy! Their dreams were coming true. Then Brandon put the ring on Morgan's hand and gave her a huge hug. He then revealed that the photographer was there for them, and they took some more pictures. When they were finished, they walked back to the parking lot where both Morgan and Brandon's friends and families were there to congratulate them!
