When is the RSVP deadline?

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by April 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We kindly ask you to arrive 15-20 minutes early to mingle and get to your seats before the "I do's"

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal garden attire. We recommend suit and tie & midi or full length dresses in pastels and/or tasteful florals. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white or ivory tones. Please no jeans.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, we are choosing to have a kid-free reception. If you are traveling from out of town and need help with local child care accommodations, please let me know. If you have a new baby and you are uncomfortable leaving them, please reach out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The rest of the evening will be indoors and outdoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like! We will also have QR codes placed around the reception area to upload photos into a shared album for us to enjoy later.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a lot behind the venue on Park Ave (right across from the hotel). You can easily walk through the fence into the ceremony space of the venue. There will be clear signs! You can also park in the square wherever parking is available, but you will not be able to pull into the driveway of the venue.
