There are two hotels located within a short drive/walking distance to our venue. We have reserved a block of rooms at the AC by Mariott Hotel. Information regarding the hotels is listed in the 'Travel' tab!
The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. Formal cocktail attire is appropriate (long dresses/fancy cocktail dresses/dressy jumpsuits preferred). Black tie is appropriate (tuxedos/dark suits and ties preferred).
Yes! Our venue offers complimentary parking on site.
Yes - A shuttle will be leaving from the AC Marriot Hotel. It will be running during the following times to and from the venue and hotels (which are approximately 3 minutes away from one another): - 3:50 pm - Ceremony - 9:30 - 12:30 pm
The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Please arrive early/within enough time to take a seat prior to it starting!
Complementary self parking is available at our venue.
Unless the weather is incliment, we are crossing our fingers to hold the ceremony outdoors! Otherwise, the cocktail hour and reception will all be held indoors in the same building.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements for childcare ahead of time and so that you can celebrate with us.
A space on your RSVP is reserved for you to write any dietary restrictions so we can address them with our caterer. Please also feel free to contact Rachel or Jose directly.
