Armaan and Rima first met when Rima’s cousin (shoutout to Mal!) brought her to a social event. The first time Armaan saw Rima, he thought she was the most beautiful person he’d ever seen. They quickly became friends, a friendship that continued to grow when they both found themselves following exciting job opportunities to New York. As they built their individual lives in a brand-new city, they realized they also wanted to build a life together. They told their families they had met someone special. And as their connection deepened, so did the bond between their families. On April 27th, 2024, Armaan Hasan proposed to Rima Abdo beneath the Japanese Cherry Blossom trees of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Today, they are closer than ever and beyond excited to share their story and celebrate their love with all you.
