Love is a journey

A classic tale in this digital world.....we met on a dating app. After many failed swipes and weeding through several Baltimorons, we finally matched with each other. Our first date would not have been complete without a long conversation about Bitcoin and joking about a future date at the shooting range, but we would not have wanted it any other way. It is safe to say that we both knew something special had just begun and we were down for the adventure.

After an adventurous summer, we headed to Ladew Gardens for their final Twilight Tuesday event of the year. We walked through the butterfly garden, saw the gorgeous fountains and ponds, and were now ready for a selfie with the sunflowers. As Melissa's focus was on getting the right sunlight and enough sunflowers in the background, she had no idea their life was about to change, and that Aaron had something special planned. Multiple selfies were snapped before Melissa put the phone down and realized that Aaron had the ring in his hand all along. (check out the gallery for a picture!) Aaron got down on one knee and asked Melissa to marry him. While the start of our journey is just beginning, we are excited for the ride and cannot wait to share it with those who play such a special part in our lives.
