Our Story
Riley and Lexi first met while studying in Gold Coast, Australia. While abroad, they spent many days biking along the coast and many nights in Surfers Paradise with their amazing group of friends.
After a semester Down Under, Riley and Lexi decided to do long-distance. Lexi went back to St. Thomas in MN, and Riley went back to Arcadia in PA. They visited each other as often as they could.
After graduating in 2021, Riley moved to Boston, where Lexi was pursuing her master's in Speech-Language Pathology. "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times."
After Lexi graduated from BU, the two of them moved to Charlotte, NC for Lexi's clinical fellowship year, where they made great friends and started playing pickle ball.
When Lexi's clinical year was up, she started taking travel SLP contracts. Each year since, the happy couple has moved around the country for a new contract- meeting amazing people and exploring along the way.
While in Monterey in 2024, Riley FINALLY proposed.
