Question

HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before November 30th, 2023 using the QR code on your invitation. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcount's to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific wedding invitation. If you are unsure, when you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. We ask that you please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Question

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to limited venue capacity. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teenagers. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. We appreciate the arrangements you will have to make in order to leave your little ones at home, and we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night!

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We want to see you dress to impress! Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please! Also, prepare for winter weather! The average high for January 7th is 38 degrees and a low of 23 degrees. Bring your coats!

Question

HOW DOES SEATING WORK?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.

Question

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM LATE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend guests arrive around 3:30pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you there! Thank you for understanding!

Question

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

Parking is not available onsite. Our guests can use the Walnut Street Garage - 31 S Eighth Street Allentown, PA 18101 or The Spiral Deck - 836 Linden Street Allentown, PA 18101

Question

WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVED?

Answer

We have made the decision to have a dry wedding, meaning alcohol will not be served or permitted. Thank you for your understanding! Thank you for wishing to celebrate such a momentous occasion with us!
