Yes, the venue has a large parking lot where guests can park.

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom will be having an unplugged ceremony. We encourage you to be fully present with us during our ceremony, and ask that guests not take photos until the reception. Though our I Do's are unplugged, our reception is not. We invite you to share any photos that you take throughout the evening with us on out memento album. Use the site, https://albums.memento.com/HappilyHarvey or the the QR codes located throughout the venue to share your photos.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can begin arriving at 2:30 PM. We ask that all guests be seated no later than 2:50 PM.

What will the wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Following the ceremony, guests will transition to the other end of the Civic Center where they will enjoy a cocktail hour with light appetizers. After enjoying cocktail hour, guests will head to the reception area for a night of dinner, cake, and dancing. The couple will be doing a send-off around 9:00 PM.

When will the reception end?

Answer

The bride and groom will have a send off at 9:00 PM. Following the send-off, guests are invited to join the couple for another hour of fun. Please note that at 9:00, the music will change to more "club-like" music.
