Hilton Vacation Club Cabo Azul Los Cabos
We encourage guests to wear white, ivory, or tan tones for the yacht welcome party. If you plan to wear a bathing suit, it does not need to be white.
Our ceremony will take place on the sand, followed by a short walk up to a deck overlooking the beach, where cocktail hour and the reception will be held. - Men: Suits without ties are fine. Linen or lightweight materials in earth tones such as greens, blues, browns, and beiges etc. - Women: Long or midi dresses in earth tones or soft coastal colors are encouraged. Think neutrals, muted pastels, and sun-washed hues.
Our ceremony will take place on the sand, so we recommend keeping footwear in mind. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will be held on a deck, offering a comfortable, stable surface for the rest of the evening.
We hope most of our guests can arrive on Thursday, November 12, so we can all kick off the celebration together! On Friday afternoon we will have our Welcome Yacht Party. Our wedding will take place on Saturday, and then on Sunday, we’re planning a relaxing pool day with some beach volleyball and pool games—perfect for recovery and quality time before everyone heads home.
We kindly ask that all phones be put away during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing every moment, so you can fully enjoy and be present with us on this special day.
Our wedding will be adults-only. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you only bring a plus one if their name is included on your invitation.
Passports must be valid for the duration of your stay in Mexico. We recommend checking your expiration date in advance and renewing if your passport is set to expire soon, as airline requirements may vary.
Upon arrival, you will complete a short immigration form. Please keep this with your passport, as it may be required when departing Mexico. As you exit the airport, you may encounter timeshare or transportation sales representatives. We recommend politely declining and continuing outside to your arranged transportation.
Our resort features several convenient options on property, including a Starbucks, a grocery store, and multiple restaurants. For even more variety (and often more budget-friendly options), guests can simply walk right across the street, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants and shops. The area is completely safe and very walkable, and it’s a great way to explore more local spots.
When dining out or using services in Los Cabos, please note that a service fee is sometimes already included on the bill. We recommend reviewing your receipt before tipping. If a service charge has been applied, an additional tip is not necessary (but always appreciated for exceptional service). Both U.S. dollars and Mexican pesos are widely accepted throughout the area.
Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are safe and commonly used throughout Los Cabos. Please note that Uber and Lyft are not permitted for transportation to or from the airport, but are available for local travel once you are in town. The hotel concierge is happy to arrange a taxi for you at any time, making it easy and convenient to get around.
Expect warm, sunny days and cooler evenings. We recommend light, breathable clothing during the day and bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evenings.
