Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love our dress code to complement our chosen theme for the day, and kindly request our guests to dress in black or dark, fall shades of formal wear. Gentlemen, please consider black or dark-colored suits with dress pants. Please do not wear jeans or denim. Ladies, we’d love to see you in black or dark-colored dresses/dressy separates. Ladies, please avoid wearing white or shades of ivory. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 1pm. Please arrive between 12:30-12:45, but no later than 12:50 to allow adequate time to be seated.

Are kids welcome?

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.

You can find our wedding registry under the “registry” tab on our website! We are registered on Amazon and Zola.com.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue’s capacity we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details of your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take photos or video during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced during our wedding ceremony. After all, we have hired 2 very skilled photographers to capture our special day!

What do I do during the break?
Answer
With the ceremony ending around 2pm, you will have a little free time on your Saturday afternoon. Use this time however suits you! Head back to the hotel to rest, freshen up or grab a drink. Cocktail hour will begin at Prestwick Country Club at 4:30pm.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our cocktail hour beginning at 4:30 will be held outside on the patio, which will be a covered space. Weather permitting, we hope to be able to utilize the beautiful space outdoors surrounding the patio during cocktail hour and the reception. Dinner will be held inside.
