To ensure a seamless evening, we will be providing complimentary shuttles from The W Hotel to Austin Country Club, departing promptly at 4:00 PM from the hotel entrance. Return transportation to The W will be offered at 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, and midnight, so you may head back whenever you choose.

We are delighted to be hosting our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the W Austin. For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate. Rooms are limited. We chose the W for its central location on 2nd Street in downtown Austin - steps from restaurants, bars, and the best of the city.
