We love our venue, but it is in a very small town, about an hour outside the metroplex. There are no hotels in Whitesboro that we can suggest. We have secured a room block at Fairfield Inn in nearby Gainesville, TX (linked below). Otherwise, we recommend looking into AirBnbs or considering the other options we mention below.
