It's going to be HOT! How will we stay cool?

Answer

It is forecasted to be very hot on Saturday! With that in mind, we encourage you to bring your own fan or misting fan. We will have handheld paper fans available for guests and the conference center on site is air-conditioned if you need a break at any point from the heat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is appreciated! The event will be taking place outdoors, and walking over grassy areas will be necessary (thicker heels recommended!).

What happens if it is raining?

Answer

All festivities will still take place at the same location. If needed the ceremony will move under the tent. But it won't rain :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have provided pre-paid Uber vouchers for anyone interested in transportation from their hotel or accommodation to the wedding. Information regarding those vouchers can be found below. Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking at our venue, which is where both the ceremony and reception will take place. The parking lot is directly visible from Hines Hill Road.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limitations in our total headcount, only close family members with small children will be included and indicated on your invitation.
