Our Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

This is an outdoor ceremony- please dress accordingly.
If light rain/sprinkle, there will be a tent set up outside for the ceremony. If downpour, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the patio. If chilly, there will be heaters and a fire. If downpour, cocktail hour will be moved indoors. Please note, cocktail hour ends at 5 p.m. and the reception bar doesn't open until 5:30 p.m.
Reception
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

The reception will take place indoors. Please note the open bar ends at 10:30 p.m., while the reception ends at 11 p.m. If you would like to continue the party, "Night Moves" (party bus) will shuttle guests to the hotel down the road (Rivertown Inn). The hotel bar at Rivertown Inn will remain open till 2 a.m. If you need a ride back to Riverwalk Place, "Night Moves" will be available to shuttle you back. LATE NIGHT PIZZA will be served at Rivertown Inn at 11p.m.
