Western Chic is recommended, but anything that makes you feel comfortable and confident! We highly recommend wearing boots, as the ceremony is taking place on the farm. Basically, your best church clothes with a pair of boots!
No, weather permitting, we will say "I Do" on the farm at 311 US-190 West, and the reception will be at Historic 1904 in downtown Menard!
Arriving 30 minutes before hand is recommended, but a little earlier is totally fine as well. We recommend giving yourself some extra time to park, then you are welcome to go pet Luna the donkey or go look at the river until it is time for everyone to be seated.
We will have a small section of the property down in the Pecan grove designated for parking, where Malia's cousins Carson and Scottie will be running the show. You may then either walk up to the ceremony location or we will have a few side by sides driving guests up the hill to the aisle.
We completely understand that everyone is leading busy lives, and we know some of you just won't be able to make it. We will miss you dearly, please give us a call so we can still share this special time with each and every one of you!
No, we ask that you please keep your phone off and put away during the entire ceremony. We will have a photographer taking plenty of photos, and would love for everyone there with us to be fully present.
