When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026 so we can finalize our headcount. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue for 3pm to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and get settled.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your kiddos, we’re unable to accommodate children at the event. We hope you’re still able to join us for a kid-free night of celebration!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love that you want to share the day with someone special! At this time, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail. For example: short or midi dresses, dressy separates, dress shirts, slacks, blazers, or suits. No need for black-tie attire

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

The meal will be buffet style and is going to be herb roasted chicken with lots of delicious sides!

I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony/ reception location?

Answer

There will ONLY be a bus that will be picking up guests AFTER the wedding. There will be 2 drop off locations, one in Blenheim and one in Chatham.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue! If you are planning to leave your vehicle and take the bus to one of the two drop off locations, please have your vehicle picked up by 11am the next morning.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will take under a pavilion that is paved. Guests will walk to the ceremony location on gravel pathways so please plan accordingly with your shoe choices!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bar will be a toonie bar!

Is the ceremony and the reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place at Timber Ridge.
