When do I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm, we ask you aim to arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
No, there is no parking at the venue. We have scheduled transportation to pick up and drop off at 2 different locations. 1st location is the Towneplace Suits by Marriott hotel in Gilford OR City Hall.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we will have shuttle transportation running all night beginning at 3:00pm and ending at 10:30pm.

Please RSVP no later than May 22, 2024 via our website.

Can I Bring a Date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What Is The Dress Code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. No jeans please!

Are Kids Welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the little ones at home so you can celebrate with us.
