When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP by June 30, 2026. To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. We will also include a formal invitation with a good phone number to contact if you prefer to send it by text.

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by June 30, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

WHAT IF I RSVP AND CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guest dress in semi-formal/dressy casual. The wedding party will be in light blue. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area. Please take that into consideration when choosing your shoes.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 PM in the afternoon. Please arrive by 2:45 to ensure you have plenty of time to park and make your way to the ceremony location.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Our venue has on-site parking. There will be signs to guide you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have a school bus going to and from the venue. They will be arriving for pick up at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chehalis-Centralia at 2:00 PM and departing at 2:15 PM. They will then be arriving at the venue at 9:45 PM and departing at 9:52 PM back to the Holiday Inn. They have a maximum count of 48 people so first come, first serve.
