Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions we are unable to accommodate for guests outside of those listed on invitations. Please note invitations are not transferable.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Even the best parents need a break sometimes! Take yours at our wedding - due to capacity limits at our ceremony and reception venues, the only children at our wedding are those in the wedding party and immediate family.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP prior to September 1, 2026, either by the RSVP slip included in the invitation suite or via our website. We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the ceremony & reception is "Cowboy Formal". For the ladies - long formal-style dresses (dress boots are acceptable). For the men - dust off your suit jackets, dress shirts, and a tie, but feel free to wear dress boots and dark wash jeans! Felt hats welcome (:

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 4:30pm to allow ample time to find your seats. Out of respect to the bride and groom, late entry during the ceremony will not be permitted - you will be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded to be allowed entry.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking is provided at the venue.
