Our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party are Colorado Cowboy. This means cocktail with a Western Flair. Aka cocktail dress with cowboy hats & boots or slacks/jeans and bolo-tie. Our wedding is formal this means dark suits (Navy or Black) for men and midi or long dresses for the ladies.
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held in a tent, the mountains do get cold at night so highly recommend bringing a coat / jacket for later in the night!
You should not need a car once you get to Silvethorne unless you want one for hikes, etc. The Summit Stage Bus is free and will take you around Silverthorne and to the nearby towns if desired. Please note, there are not reliable ride share options in Silverthorne. Our Welcome Party will be walking distance from the designated hotels and there will be shuttles to and from the wedding. To get to Silverthorne from DEN Airport you can either rent a car or take one of the following shuttles (please note must be booked in advance): - Bustang (Union Station - Downtown Denver) - Epic Mountain Shuttle - Summit Express - Peak 1 Express - Fresh Tracks Transportation
There will be shuttles provided to and from the wedding from Hotel Indigo and the Hampton Inn & Suites. Guests must ride one of the shuttles to the wedding, please do not plan to drive to the wedding, we do not have a space to park cars. Please see transportation schedule to ensure you know where to meet each shuttle and when they leave.
The Hotels are about a 15 minute drive to our Wedding Venue.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Please know that your presence at our wedding is all we want! However, for friends and family who have been asking for gift ideas, we’ve created an online registry through Zola, Crate & Barrel, and Target. You can find everything in the registry section of our website.
We’re hoping you choose practical shoes, but for those of you who need it, we'll have limited flip-flops available to change into, so don’t worry if you need to swap out halfway through the night.
