Maid of Honor
Kaylee and Riley have been friends since before they can remember, as their parents were friends long before they were born. Growing up, they spent countless days together listening to One Direction, playing board games, and watching the Saints every Sunday with their families. They even went to the same dance school and participated in recitals and parades together. Every performance they were right next to each other. Even while attending different schools, they were rarely apart. As the years passed, their bond only grew stronger. They are constantly texting and keeping each other updated on every detail of life, no matter how small. Riley couldn’t imagine having anyone else by her side on her big day.
Best Man
Kaiden and Jordan met on their first day at the University of Tennessee and quickly became close friends after discovering they both played tenor sax in the Pride of the Southland. The following year, they moved into a house together as roommates and have lived together ever since. Kaiden is always happy to munch on whatever Jordan cooks for the night and is up for just about any adventure. Even though he doesn’t wake up until the day is nearly over, Kaiden is always ready to run errands, eat out, or roll with whatever random plans Jordan dreams up.
Bridesmaid
Riley and Niah were destined to be friends from the very beginning. Long before they met, their moms were friends in high school—only to drift apart after graduation. Years later, fate stepped in when Riley and Niah met in band. The moment they discovered their moms’ connection, they knew it was meant to be. From constantly hanging out to shamelessly rearranging band lineups just so they could stand next to each other (despite playing different instruments), their bond grew stronger every day. College didn’t stand a chance against their friendship—they stayed close through nonstop texts and plans to make sure nothing ever changed. Riley couldn’t imagine a more perfect person to stand by her side as one of her bridesmaids.
Groomsman
Luke and Jordan first met in their saxophone studio together at UT. Both of them had felt a little out of place at first being that they didn’t really know anyone yet, but they soon realized they had a similar sense of humor. The two of them have played multiple saxophone duets together since their first year. They continue to play video games together and send stupid reels back and forth. Their best memories together are standing side by side during a football game and goofing off rather than actually paying attention.
Bridesmaid
Riley and Hailey are more than just sisters—they’re best friends in every sense of the word. Growing up, they fought like sisters do (because what sisters don’t?), but those moments only made their bond stronger. No matter how much they argued, it never dampened the close relationship they were always meant to have. Even while Riley is away at college, the two stay inseparable. Riley calls Hailey about a million times a week, and Hailey—always a good sport—reluctantly answers every single time. They tell each other everything, from big life updates to the smallest details, and Riley loves helping Hailey do her hair and offering friendship advice whenever she can. Riley truly couldn’t imagine her wedding day without her sister and best friend standing by her side.
Groomsman
Lucas and Jordan first met when they both planned to move into a house with a few buddies. Although they were both in the POTS saxophone section, neither had really officially met each other. After living together in a house for a year, they became good friends and often bond over cooking. Lucas has a great sense of humor and always tells the best—however long—stories. Lucas is always looking for something to do and is very good at dragging Jordan and Kaiden out of the house to go on some kind of adventure.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Riley met during their most traumatizing season of design school while majoring in Architecture at ULL. What began as a casual dinner one night quickly turned into a lifelong friendship built on stress, caffeine, and mutual academic suffering. Sarah (who truly did her best) bravely attempted to help Riley with physics, and together they spent countless hours in Fletcher trying to maintain their sanity before final reviews. God clearly knew they needed each other because no one else could have made it through that semester with them. After class, you can usually find them at Walmart, Chick-fil-A, or, inevitably, back in Fletcher. Riley truly cannot imagine walking into her big day without Sarah by her side.
Groomsman
Jake and Jordan met in the Pride and joined the leadership team in Fall of 2024. Both of them get along really well and share many values when it comes to leadership and how to hold that role. Jake and Jordan would often sit on calls and discuss how they could better help those around them. Jordan considers Jake a close friend and would take any of his problems to him. Jake is always ready to help and is one of the kindest souls that Jordan knows.
Bridesmaid
Bailey and Riley met in design class during the very first semester of their freshman year and quickly became inseparable. By the second semester, they made sure to sit close together so they could continue goofing off instead of paying attention. Not long after in design, they were named “the trio” alongside their friend Ja’lyn. Their bond only grew stronger when they became roommates in their second year of college. Most days were spent doing homework, watching movies, making late-night Sonic runs for ice cream, playing games, or laughing over diamond painting projects. Far from typical college students, Bailey and Riley would much rather stay in with a good book than go out on a Friday night. Riley truly can’t imagine a day without Bailey by her side.
Groomsman
While Jordan didn’t meet Tristan until his second year at UT, the two of them became very close. Tristan was also a member of the Pride at the time they met and was a frequent visitor of Jordan and his roommate’s house. He was over almost all of the time and was eager to have a good home cooked meal. Tristan would always be willing to go out on whatever adventure Jordan, Lucas, and Kaiden threw his way. Tristan continues to be one of Jordan’s close friends and is a great person to have a conversation with. No matter what problems you may have, he’s always there to listen and do what he can to best support a friend.
Bridesmaid
Ja’lyn and Riley met in design class during their freshman year and quickly formed a special bond. Ja’lyn’s quick wit and funny humor made even the longest classes feel lighter, and laughter became a constant whenever "the trio" was together. Whether it was going out to eat with Bailey, spending time catching up, or simply sharing everyday moments, Riley loves being with them. Ja'lyn has always been willing to listen, offering support, understanding, and a safe place whenever Riley needed it. Riley is grateful for Ja’lyn and can’t imagine her big day without her.
