While we always believe the more the merrier, we are planning for a small, intimate wedding. All invited guests will be named on the invitation.
Given that our ceremony is held in a national park, we are limited by a set time frame. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM MST, so please plan to arrive no later than 5:00 PM to get situated and allow time to walk to the ceremony site.
No! You’ll only need a vehicle pass to enter the park. I highly recommend purchasing it on July 27, when vehicle passes go on sale. Passes become available one month in advance. https://www.recreation.gov/sitepass/74280
No! Seating will not be provided, as this is a standing ceremony with limited access beyond the natural surroundings. The ceremony will be brief, and we will do our best to ensure everyone is comfortable throughout. If you require a chair, please contact Grant or Riley directly.
Think mid-length or floor-length dresses for ladies in summer colors, and suits for men. Please choose classy, comfortable shoes, as we’ll be walking on gravel paths near the lake! Please no jeans.
No! This trip is as much your vacation as it is our wedding. Please enjoy your time however you wish. Sunday is a free day in Glacier. Use it to rest, relax, or explore at your own pace. Attendance on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday is completely optional, no feelings will be hurt!
Formal attire isn’t required, but we’d love for guests to dress up a bit! Think whimsical dresses, button-down shirts, or anything that feels appropriate for a festive outdoor celebration.
