FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs will be closed July 10, 2024. Please ensure your RSVP is complete by then, thank you!

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is formal, and the bridal party will be adorned in champagne and black hues. To enhance the ambiance, we kindly request guests to opt for neutral or light-colored attire, avoiding jeans. Your adherence to this dress code will contribute to the elegance and style of our celebration.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will unfold in the main dining hall area of the camp, offering convenience as the cocktail hour will also be held in the same building. Once at the ceremony site, there won't be any necessity to walk or drive elsewhere. The event will seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, with minimal walking on grass. Rest assured, the venue is wheelchair accessible, ensuring ease of movement for all guests.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly request guests to arrive by 3:30 pm as the ceremony commences promptly at 4 pm. Exceptionally, the bride is the only person permitted to arrive after 4 pm. ;)

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There's abundant complimentary parking available throughout the camp. For the convenience of those staying on-site, shuttle services will be provided, shuttling guests between the "wedding village" and the ceremony site.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Kindly attend with your plus one only if they have been explicitly included on your invitation. Should you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We don't have a reserved hotel block for guests. Instead, we're offering FREE lodging at the camp for those who prefer to stay. We have 28 cozy cabins, each accommodating up to 4 guests, along with several private rooms available. Accommodations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests are kindly asked to bring their own general linens and personal items (pillows, blankets, sheets, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). Our aim is to create an enjoyable weekend for everyone. If you'd like to extend your stay beyond the wedding night to relish the camp and countryside, we'd be delighted to host you. For additional information about the available rooms, please refer to the "Travel and Lodging".

Question

How do I request an accommodation for the weekend?

Answer

Please refer to the "Travel and Lodging" section to fill out the form for a room reservation.

Question

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Please reach out to us to let us know if you have any speciality needs! We are happy to accommodate.

Question

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Commencing on Friday, September 13, our guests are invited to join us at the campgrounds. Weather permitting, activities such as boating, kayaking, licensed fishing, paddle-boarding, and more will be available. Additionally, everyone is welcome to join us for a bonfire the night before the wedding. Our aim is to create an enjoyable escape for you and your family. Should you wish to extend your stay, we'd be delighted to accommodate you. Just give us a heads up!

Question

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?

Answer

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Riley via text. 570-290-2123.
