3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
This event will be semi-formal (Dresses, dressy skirt/shirt and pantsuits are encouraged for women, while dress shirts and slacks with ties optional for men)
The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). Refreshments (coffee, tea and fresh baked cookies) will be served from 2:15pm until the beginning of the ceremony.
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cocktail hour will begin at 5 O' clock, with dinner to follow at 6 O' clock.
8:00 pm - 11:45 pm
