We have secured a room block at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Doylestown, PA. You can book directly through the link on the Accommodations page that automatically inputs the group code "FOW" or you may call in directly at 215-343-1300 and mention the dates/wedding party. You must book using the block by 9/16/26. If you are looking to stay closer to the venue, there are recommendations on the Accommodations page, but please know we do not have any additional room blocks and this will need to be booked on your own.
For guests staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton, Doylestown, PA and The New Hope Inn, New Hope, PA, we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Arrival: We will have one or two pick-up times at each hotel to ensure everyone arrives by 5:45 p.m. for our 6:00 p.m. ceremony. Departure: We will offer two return trips in the evening—an "early bird" shuttle around 10:30 p.m. and a final departure at 11:45 p.m. following the end of the reception. Note: As we get closer to the big day and finalize our guest count, we may reach out to you directly to confirm if you'll be using the shuttle. Finalized pick-up times will be posted here and provided at hotel check-in.
If you prefer to drive yourself, there is complimentary valet parking available onsite at The Hotel Du Village. Upon arrival, simply follow the signage to the main entrance, and the valet team will take care of the rest.
Although the ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, we recommend that guests arrive at least 20 minutes before the official ceremony so you may get settled.
Dress to impress! Our wedding is Black Tie Optional, meaning men can wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie, while women can opt for a floor-length dress, or a fancy cocktail dress.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
