Question

How long will we be in Big Sky?

Answer

We will be in Big Sky from Monday, July 15th to Tuesday, July 23rd. We are arriving early to get everything set up and ready for all of you! The first family event will be the Meet and Greet dinner on the evening of Thursday, July 18th. The wedding will be Friday, July 19th, and we have a family activity planned for Saturday, July 20th. You can stay for however long fits your schedule, but the most important events will be July 18th through July 20th. We are so grateful that you are joining us for our big day!

What should we bring?

Answer

We recommend bringing what you typically would for a mountain vacation with a nice outfit for the Meet and Greet dinner and wedding. Comfortable clothes and shoes are a must for hiking and everyday adventures. Hiking shoes are recommended, but a pair of tennis shoes (that can get a little dirty) will work just fine! Don't forget your sunscreen and a large water bottle as the sun at a higher altitude is brutal! If you forget something, don't worry, there are two grocery stores and plenty of shops to find the basics.

What should I wear to the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that our guests wear something that is dressy casual/mountain chic. This means earth tones, flowy sundresses, flowy pants, cotton button-downs, floral or paisley patterns, light fabrics, and cowboy boots are all the rage. We want everybody to feel comfortable as we will be on uneven terrain. Please wear shoes that you are able to walk on rocks and uneven ground in. We will also be riding up a chairlift, so keep that in mind when it comes to being able to move in your outfit. How soon should I arrange my accommodations?

Answer

We recommend having your accommodations in place before March as the PBR Rodeo is being held the same weekend as our wedding. This means that hotels and vacation rental properties will be filling up fast! Please contact us directly if you need recommendations or anything else!

Where are you registered?

Answer

YOU are the gift! We are not asking for any gifts other than your presence. We are thrilled and so grateful that you would even consider traveling such a distance to be with us on this special day. We love you all!
