We realize that asking you to come down all the way to Florida is a huge ask! That is why we are only having close family for a small ceremony in Florida and a celebration for a much easier commute, a couple of weeks after the ceremony is held. You will know if you are invited to the ceremony in Florida when you go to RSVP. If you see 3 events that you need to RSVP for titled "Ceremony", "Reception", and "After-Party", you have an invite to join us for the ceremony on the beach! If you are only seeing one event titled "After-Party", that is to let us know if you will be attending the celebration that occurs in Booneville for a much easier commute!
For the Ceremony in Florida (May 31st): Due to the Ceremony taking place several hours away, we ask that our guests invited to the ceremony and reception follow in Florida to RSVP by Friday, May 1st, 2026. You will be expected to look into travel and lodging for your stay! Due to the commute being farther away, the RSVP date will help us evaluate guests for the reception to follow and adjust our guest count, and give you plenty of time to find a place to stay for a couple of nights! For the After-Party in Booneville (June 13th): Due to the convenience of planning, we would appreciate it if all guests RSVP by Friday, May 22nd, 2026. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you still let us know by using the virtual invitation you should have received by phone. Any RSVPs sent after this date will be marked as a no, as we will have already finalized vendor and seating headcounts. We will miss you!
For the Ceremony in Florida (May 31st): The ceremony will take place on the beach at sunset, therefore, at 7 PM. Please arrive by 6:30 PM at the latest to ensure you are seated before the bride walks down the sand aisle! Please plan accordingly for traffic, as it is the busy season in the Destin area during that time. Beasley Park does offer parking close to the section of the beach where the ceremony will take place! For the After-Party in Booneville (June 13th): The after-party starts at 4 PM. We ask that guests start arriving anywhere from 3:40 PM to 4:00 PM. This way, we can get started on activities and serving food as soon as everyone starts to arrive. We want everyone to have a chance to be served and spend as much time as you can celebrating with us!
For the Ceremony in Florida (May 31st): We are doing Dusty blue and Pastel Yellow. The bridesmaids will be wearing yellow, and the groomsmen will be wearing dusty blue. Because the guest list is so small, we would love it if all our guests could try to match! Try to wear any sort of yellow or blue attire. Blue or yellow flowy dresses that are below the knee would look great for women, with some florals if wanted. Men wear a nice blue or yellow button-down shirt with khakis or dress pants. Men can include a suit jacket if they want, but a tie will not be necessary. For shoes, during the ceremony, wearing no shoes is acceptable, with it taking place on the beach, but preparing to bring nice sandals or wedges for women and dress shoes for men during the reception at Rockin Tacos. Please avoid wearing any jeans or sneakers. We ask that you stay away from any sort of whites, creams, or ivories. See Guest Attire for more details! For the After-Party in Booneville (June 13th): The dress code is Sunday best! We ask our guests to dress accordingly for hot/humid weather. We suggest a nice flowy dress that is below the knee for women and khakis or dress pants with a button-up shirt for men. Men can include a suit jacket if they want, but a tie will not be necessary. Please do not wear jeans or sneakers. Women can wear nice sandals, wedges, or heels, while men can wear a pair of dress shoes. We please ask that guests stay away from any whites, ivories, or creams as the bride and groom do plan to rewear their wedding day attire for the celebration! See Guest Attire for more details!
For both the Ceremony in Florida & the After-Party in Booneville: Due to limited seating, we can only accommodate so many people in our venue! Your invitation will have your name listed and "guest" if you have been given a plus one!
For the Ceremony in Florida (May 31st): The Ceremony will take place during sunset on the beach; therefore, it will be outdoors. We do have a pavilion if the weather does not permit. However, come prepared, as it will be outdoors and most likely windy! The reception takes place outdoors but sheltered! For the After-Party in Booneville (June 13th): The venue is indoor and is climate-controlled! It will be in the middle of June when the celebration is held. Please dress accordingly for hot/humid weather! We may open up the barn doors for some fresh air and more space if the weather permits!
For the Ceremony in Florida (May 31st): We do ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who should be capturing the evening with us! For the After-Party in Booneville (June 13th): Absolutely! We would even love it if you would share these wonderful memories with us, if there are some pictures that really stand out to you!
For the After-Party in Booneville (June 13th): Your children should be listed on your invitation and receive an invite!
