If you need to contact someone on the day of the wedding, we ask that you refrain from contacting the bride or groom. Instead, contact either Kris Haas or Jeri King. Their numbers are (316) 650-6213 and (316) 558-2061 respectively.

Upon entry to the venue, there will be an attendant present to direct parking. If you need assistance walking to the ceremony site, please speak to one of the attendants and they will provide a golf cart ride.

The dress code is business casual. Since the ceremony will be outside and in "Kansas May" you may need a jacket or sweater in case of a chill. In the event that it rains, the ceremony will be moved into the reception area.

Directly following the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate families will take pictures. During this time, there will be snacks, drinks, and music in the reception area.

PLEASE, do not drink and drive. Either plan a specific DD or enjoy non-alcoholic refreshments that will be provided.
