What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be formal/black tie attire. Men should wear dress shirt and dress pants. Ladies please wear dress, pantsuit, etc.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held inside. Both events will take place in the same location.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Please RSVP as “no” and state your name. Also we will be have a live stream of the ceremony and major events during the reception.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes parking is free! There is a large lot of grass next to the venue where everyone will park. There will be cars staged there as you arrive to show the way.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you decide to bring a date please inform us so we can plan accordingly per food and chairs.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please have RSVP done two- four weeks prior to June 17, 2022. Please RSVP online on this website.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes everything is handicap and wheelchair accessible

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We will have vegetarian/vegan options on our menu

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be having an transportation until the end of the night. There will be a few members of the family and bridal party that will be able to drive anyone that has been drinking.
