What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand.

Is there a dress code?

Please, wear formal attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have discounted rooms for our guests through Courtyard Westbury Long Island. Please, visit our Travel page for more details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony location (The Church of Saint Aidan) and the reception location (Westubury Manor) have adequate parking.

Question

Will there be a shuttle bus service from the hotel t the reception?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus service transporting guests from the hotel to Westbury Manor for our wedding reception. The shuttle bus will also operate at the end of the reception, transporting guests back to the hotel.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

You have until May 22, 2025 to book your hotel room with our discounted rate; which is under the group name: Nguyen-Ellison

What if I plan to arrive earlier than the weekend?

Answer

If you plan to arrive Thursday, June 19 and/or Friday June 20, you can book your room by contacting the hotel with Thursday being the same rate as Sunday, and Friday being the same rate as Saturday.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception.

Will your wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors at the Church of Saint Aidan. Cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be inside with the outdoor grounds still accessible to guests.
