Getting to the Petaluma area can be a bit tricky. We recommend flying into Santa Rosa Airport if possible, as it’s the most convenient (& worth the extra $). If that’s not an option, Oakland is the next best choice, and San Francisco is third (both taking about an hour w/o traffic). Please keep in mind that traffic can get heavy around 4 PM, and the drive to Petaluma can take 3+ hours during peak times. Some hotels offer a shuttle service.
"California Formal," think elevated and polished. California Formal blends classic formalwear with a laid-back West Coast vibe, very VIBRANT colors (No black, no white). For men, suits or sport coats with dress shirts are perfect, please, no ties. For women, cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits all work beautifully. The venue has loose gravel & uneven surfaces; thick heels recommended. In addition, the ceremony & reception will both be held outdoors.
We love your little ones, but our celebration will be mostly adults. We are happy to welcome infants who are nursing. The invitation will clarify, but please contact Abigail with any questions.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.
Yes, the ceremony AND reception will be held outdoors. We recommend comfortable shoes and bringing a light layer just in case. Weather is very reliable this time of year.
Please refrain from using your cellphone during the ceremony.
There will not be accommodated transportation, but there is plenty of parking with an attendant. Ubers/Lyfts are easily accessible.
Please plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly.
Please let us know when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
