Will there be any events prior to the wedding on Friday?
Answer
Please join the bride & groom for a drink Thursday evening! The bride & groom will be at Spirit & Tales (the restaurant & bar located in The Oaklander hotel) around 8:30pm. If you are in the area feel free to stop by.

What is the timeline of the evening?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 in the auditorium, the cocktail hour will start at 6:00 in the foyer, and dinner hour will begin at 7:00 in the ballroom. All events are taking place indoors at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum.

What time will the wedding reception end and will there be an after party?
Answer
The reception concludes at 11:00pm. There will be an after party at Spirits & Tales afterwards (cash bar).

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking garage attached to the venue. Soldiers & Sailors Parking Garage, 4390 Bigelow Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15213

What is the dress code?
Answer
Black-tie Optional. It is suggested that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress.

Will there be a shuttle provided to and from The Oaklander?

The Oaklander hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Soldiers & Sailors, so no shuttle will be needed or provided.
