Sandals Barbados

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Sandals Barbados! We’ve arranged a block of rooms for our guests, as all attendees are required to stay at the resort. To simplify the booking process, all room reservations and payments will be managed through us as the lead for our group. The dates that we have blocked off for guests is October 2nd through October 5th. Please note that across all Sandals resorts, there is a 3-night minimum. If you would like to extend your trip or if you need to shift the dates, please let us know and we can work with the resort to adjust that for you! Additionally, the current room we have blocked is the Caribbean Grand Luxe. If you would like to upgrade to a different room type, please let us know and we would be more than happy to get a quote for you! When you’re ready to confirm your stay, please reach out to Megan or Riku and we’ll coordinate your room assignment and guide you through the payment process. Additionally, the rooms are on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be attending so that we can coordinate with the operations department to ensure room type is available as we can only block a certain number of rooms as a time. If need be, there may be a need to have a higher tired room based on availability. Please note, the resort is couples only meaning the resort does not allow kids as well as it is 2 people per room. Single occupancy rooms will be subject to a different price outside of our group contract rate. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in paradise! 🌴✨

Flight

Grantley Adams International Airport

The sole airport on the island is located in Bridgetown called Grantley Adams International Airport. We recommend flying either JetBlue or American Airlines from JFK. Once you’ve booked your flight, please share the airline, flight number, and arrival time with us so we can notify the resort and ensure they arrange your round-trip transfers accordingly.
