It depends on your nationality. Here’s a quick guide: For U.S. passport holders: Yes, a visa is required to enter Brazil. The process is simple and done online through the official e-visa system: 👉 https://brazil.vfsevisa.com Cost: approximately $80 USD Processing time: usually 8–15 business days (1-2 weeks) Validity: typically up to 10 years (multiple entries) You’ll need a valid passport, a digital photo, and basic travel information We recommend applying at least 4–5 weeks in advance to avoid any delays (By December 2026) For Mexican passport holders: No visa is required for tourism. You can enter Brazil visa-free for short stays (up to 90 days). If you need any help with the process, feel free to message us. We’re happy to help! 💛
This is a formal celebration. Think elegant and comfortable (especially since it will be summer in Brazil). Light fabrics and breathable outfits are highly recommended. For women: Long dresses or elegant midi dresses are perfect. We suggest light fabrics, fresh makeup, and comfortable shoes for an outdoor ceremony. Explore vibrant colors, and also avoid black dresses. For men: A suit is highly encouraged for this celebration. Lighter colors and breathable fabrics (like linen or lightweight wool) are great options for the warm weather. Black tie is optional, but keep your eyes on elegance.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors with air conditioning for everyone’s comfort. No soft floors.

We are recommending two hotels near the ceremony venue on Saturday. Both are about a 15–20 minute drive away, approximately 5 to 6 miles in distance. Please note that we will be providing shuttle/transportation for our guests throughout the entire weekend. However, for those who prefer, Uber and other ride-share options will also be available in Belo Horizonte. Keep your ride apps updated on your phone!
January is summertime in Brazil, and Belo Horizonte (the host city for our three events) typically enjoys warmer temperatures during this season. Expect sunny days, higher humidity, and a lively summer atmosphere. We recommend packing light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, hats, and yes! A rain jacket or umbrella! Summer rain showers are quite common in Brazil, often brief but refreshing, so carrying rain protection on your trip is always a good idea.
Yes! A diaper changing station and a dedicated space for children will be available.
No. In keeping with Brazilian wedding traditions, seating will not be assigned. Guests are invited to choose their seats and enjoy the evening alongside friends and loved ones.
