Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation.

What is the Dress Code?

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

On the Travel tab there are three hotels: Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, and Aloft in Newport, KY.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the hotel(s) (see Travel tab for hotel block information) to the reception venue and from the reception venue back to the hotel. Transportation to and from the ceremony will not be provided.

Can I Bring My Kids?

Please refer to your formal invitation. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony

Answer

We ask that you kindly put the phones away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Outside of the ceremony, yes! Feel free to capture as many moments as you'd like.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a valet option for anyone who will be arriving directly by car. Due to limited space, the venue parking lot will be reserved for handicapped individuals only. Please utilize the valet parking, the shuttle provided (to and from the hotels), walk over (all hotels are within 4 blocks), or find street parking in the nearby area.
