What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so we ask that our guests arrive by 3:30 pm to ensure that everyone can find a seat before the ceremony starts.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As our venue has limited capacity, we are not able to accommodate plus ones unless indicated on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you follow a garden party/semi-formal dress code. The bridesmaids will be wearing berry. For dresses, we kindly ask you refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream color attire.

Is there transportation from the venue to the hotels?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service from the venue to the hotels where we have room blocks.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes, there are two free lots at the venue. There is one smaller lot which is more accessible for guests with mobility difficulties, and a second larger lot attached via a staircase. You can leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up the next day if need be.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be conducted outdoors, and the reception will be divided between the indoor and outdoor portions of the venue. In the event of rain, the whole event can be moved indoors. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

We'd be more than happy to work with our caterer to accommodate any dietary restriction. Please let us know when you RSVP about any dietary restriction so we can make sure that your needs are met.

Will there be an open bar?

We will have an open bar with a limited selection of beer, wine, and liquors.
