Business Casual Please wear comfortable shoes—this is a working farm, and the terrain can be uneven. We strongly recommend skipping the high heels. Be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket, as it may get chilly in the evening. This is a rain-or-shine event, so come prepared for all kinds of weather!

Important Safety Notice: This is a working farm.

This is a working farm—meaning there are real farmers, real equipment, and real livestock actively being raised. For the safety of everyone (including the animals), please do not allow children to approach or interact with any animals or farm equipment. Many of the fences are electrified, so please be mindful and keep a safe distance. That means: *No calling out to or feeding the animals *No entering pastures or enclosures *No petting the animals *No touching or climbing on farm machinery *No touching fences or gates Thank you for respecting the farm and helping us keep everyone safe!

Getting to the Ceremony Site:

Our ceremony will take place at the top of a beautiful (and steep!) hill, with a river crossing along the way. You're more than welcome to make the trek on foot if you're up for it—but for an easier ride, we'll have a hay wagon to shuttle guests to the top. If the wagon isn't your thing or you're not comfortable with the ride, a side-by-side ATV will also be available for transport. We’ve got you covered—just pick the option that feels right for you!

Bugs & nature go hand in hand!

As you're heading into the great outdoors for our special day, please be prepared for ticks and other little critters—it is nature, after all! We highly recommend bringing bug spray. If you're not using a natural option, no worries—just please apply it before entering the pasture. This is a no-spray, regenerative farm, and we like to keep things as nature intended! Thanks for helping us protect this special place—and remember, let's leave it better than we found it.

Can’t make it in person? No problem—we’ve got a virtual option!

If you'd prefer to enjoy the ceremony from the comfort of your couch (or anywhere with Wi-Fi), just let us know and we’ll send you the virtual link. Heads up: We’re streaming live from a mountaintop (yes, really!), so while we hope the tech is tech-ing and on our side, there’s a chance the livestream could be a little rocky. But don’t worry—we’ll have a full recording available to watch after the big day, just in case!
