Brian and Chloe met in occupational therapy graduate school at the University of Missouri. They were first classmates and friends until Brian swept Chloe off her feet. They began dating in January of 2017 and have had many adventures since that time. With road trips across the country and a European backpacking trip all within the first year. Following graduation from OT school in May of 2018, Brian and Chloe began their careers as traveling occupational therapists. First living in Oakland, CA where they both enjoyed exploring San Francisco and wine country. To Chico, CA to assist with rebuilding the comminuty after the devastating forrest fires of 2018-2019. Then lastly to Olympia, WA living on Oyster Bay where they loved the Pacific Northwest and all the beauty of the Olympic National Forrest, beaches, mountains, and of course the city of Seattle. Although they met many lovely people and lifelong friends in their travels, the decision was made to move to Chicago and officially settle with permanent positions in May of 2019. The both of them currently live in Lincoln Park in Chicago working at two great hospitals in the city. Brian proposed to Chloe at Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool located in Lincoln Park then took her to a michelin star rated restaurant, North Pond, and ended the night by celebrating with friends and facetiming family members. The two of them are so excited to travel to Jamaica and celebrate with those who are able to attend!
We are aware of the ongoing concern of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is our priority to ensure the health and safety of all of our family and friends. With that, we absolutely understand if you do not feel comfortable traveling at this time. We do not want you to risk your health. For those who are interested in traveling, Jamaica requires proof of a recent negative COVID test prior to entering the country. Both the airport and resort are diligent in following safety protocols to ensure a healthy vacation and celebration. We know that this trip is risky and advise all to book travel insurance due to the uncertainty of the pandemic at this time. We wanted to invite all our friends and family who have brought our relationship to where it is today. Brian and I would not be here without you. If we are not able to celebrate with you in Jamaica, we promise to visit and celebrate once this pandemic is behind us all. We love you and hope everyone remains safe and healthy!
