Things To Do

Deception Pass

This place is a little jaunt up north, but offers a little bit of everything for those wanting to enjoy the outdoors. It offers several different hikes or you can simply enjoy the beauty of the pass by driving over the bridge and down to the water.

Mount Rainier National Park

This National Park is a must-see if you have the time. It's about a 2-hour drive, but is a great day trip. Lots of hiking and endless scenery! A VERY popular tourist area though so plan for lots of people.

Wine Country

For all our wine lovers, Woodinville is a quick trip to a hotbed of WA's top wineries (+ distilleries and breweries)! https://woodinvillewinecountry.com/

Downtown Edmonds

This cute little town offers a little bit of shopping, good food, and paved hiking along the waterfront! Perfect for a little morning or afternoon trip.

Whidbey Island

There are lots of options for different island hopping, but this is one we've done a couple of times. It offers a cute downtown area with shops and a few restaurants.

Hiking Trails

The PNW is overflowing with endless hiking options! Here are a few of our favorites that are within close proximity. Lake 22 - https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/lake-22-lake-twenty-two Meadowdale Beach - https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/lunds-gulch-meadowdale-county-park This website is a great resource for finding about ALL your hiking options: https://www.wta.org/go-outside/map

Downtown Seattle

Obvisouly a lot to do here, but a few of the top spots include: - Seattle Underground Tour - Pike Place Market - Starbucks Reserve Roastery - Space Needle - Lake Union (rent a kayak or hot tub boat) - Endless restaurants, museums, and shopping
