Traditionally at the Haldi, yellow colour is worn. This is so that if any turmeric stains the clothes, it doesn't show too strong, hence yellow and orange tones are encourages (it looks cute too) but not compulsory!

The Wedding

Wear your best attire! In Indian weddings there is no such thing as upstaging the happy couple so please bring your most extravagant selves and feel free to go to town! For the Mangat's side, the baraat will start at the car park and you will find your way with the groom to the Milni gates. Signs will direct both sides to the Gatsby Ballroom where the ceremony will be taking place, while food will be served downstairs in the Grand Ballroom.
The Reception
