Under group code portion of reservation SWI is to be inputted Rates on site are available for August 1 & August 2 ONLY. Group rate bookings will only be available until NOON, July 15, 2025 Rate for days prior or after the group rate dates will be at the hotel prevailing rate not at the group rate. Rates are as follows: $129 - Standard King (max occupancy is 2 persons), $139 - 2 Standard Queens (max occupancy is 4 persons), $159 King Suite with non sleeper Sofa (max occupancy is 3 persons), $179 - 2 Queen Suite with Sofabed (max occupancy is 5 persons) Guests may call the hotel directly at 915-587-5885 & speak with our Reservations Office - option 1 on our Central Reservations Office or they may speak with our Front Desk - option 0. Guests will need to state they are needing reservations for group code SWI in order to get the special rate. Failure to use the group code when making reservations will result in a higher rate & reservation will not be adjusted after. Cancellation policy is 6pm 48 hours prior to arrival Housekeeping service is Light Touch 8am-12pm - only used towels, coffee & toiletries will be replaced & trash will be thrown out daily. Shuttle Service is offered to/from the venue are pre set scheduled appointment times & ONLY for guests who make reservations under the group block. Sign up by 1pm the day of the event - service is for only registered guests in the hotel with number of guests per room must be registered for. Sign up can only be done if guests are checked in by 1 pm the day of the event. Guests who check in the day of the event after the cut-off time will not be eligible to sign up for the shuttle service. Times to/from the venue are set by hotel only. Last Shuttle would be at 1030pm. Transportation to/from the El Paso International Airport for hotel guests is by appointment only & based on availability. Please contact the Front Desk for information, availability and scheduling no later than 48 hours in advance.
