When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly submit your RSVP by May 1st. The earlier you submit your information, the better for us! ¿Cuándo es la fecha límite para confirmar asistencia? Por favor, confirma tu asistencia antes del 1 de Mayo. ¡Cuanto antes nos envíes tu información, mejor para nosotros!

IMPORTANT! What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We emphatically request that our guests arrive at 2:30 to allow time to park and find your way to the ceremony space. The venue has controlled gated access, which means the gate will be closed at 2:50 and will not reopen until after the ceremony has concluded to avoid vehicles driving in and interrupting the ceremony. Please be seated before the start of our ceremony at 3pm. ¡IMPORTANTE! ¿A qué hora debo llegar a la ceremonia? Solicitamos encarecidamente que nuestros invitados lleguen a las 2:30pm para tener tiempo de estacionar sus carros y llegar al lugar de la ceremonia. El lugar cuenta con acceso controlado, lo que significa que LA PUERTA SE CERRARÁ a las 2:50pm y no se volverá a abrir hasta después que concluya la ceremonia para evitar que entren vehículos e interrumpan la ceremonia. Agradecemos que todos estén sentados justo antes del inicio de la ceremonia a las 3:00pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We invite you to be fully present with us at our ceremony. We kindly ask that you turn off your phones and keep them in your bag or pocket. ¿Puedo tomar fotografías durante la ceremonia? Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we’re on a tight budget and have limited space, so we can only accommodate those formally invited. We truly appreciate your understanding! ¿Puedo llevar a un acompañante? Are children welcomed to attend?

We love your little ones! Children of out-of-town guests are welcome, as well as infants and younger children of local guests. For local families with older kids, only those listed on the invitation can be included to attend. Thanks so much for understanding as we work within our venue’s space limits! ¿Son bienvenidos los niños? ¡Nos encantan sus pequeños! What should I do if my plans change?

In the event that you are unable to join us due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise at a later time after submitting your RSVP, please inform us ASAP. ¿Qué debo hacer si mis planes cambian? What’s the best way to get around?

What kind of shoes are best for the venue?

Should I bring anything extra (jacket, sunscreen, umbrella)?

It’s best to be prepared! Any of these items can be kept in your vehicle and easily retrieved in the event that you should need them. ¿Debo llevar algo extra (chaqueta, protector solar, paraguas)? ¡Es mejor estar preparado!
