FAQs

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This is an outdoor celebration! The Pavilion does have a covered area and an option for a tent addition pending weather. Be prepared for sun exposure and grass walkways. For those to whom it applies, we recommend block-style heels to avoid any mishaps.

Question

Can you explain the dress code?

Answer

Ladies are welcome to wear cocktail, midi, or full-length dresses. Gentlemen can opt for dress pants, button-downs, with or without sports coats and ties. The Pavilion provides a garden landscape, so bright colors and patterns are encouraged. With it being September in Northeast Florida, we would love you to prioritize comfort and breathability.

Question

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Answer

Parents' night out! We ask that kids stay home for this one. You may notice some underage faces, however, as our immediate family includes young ones.

Question

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

We did our best to include all significant others within the invitation, but please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any questions or concerns!

Question

Is there a change of venue?

Answer

Nope! The Pavilion will host both the ceremony and reception.

Question

What menu options are available for those with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Buffet dinner is provided in-house from the venue. We are planning to provide gluten/wheat-free (celiac), dairy-free, and vegetarian options. Any restrictions can be noted within your RSVP. The venue is very flexible, and we would like everyone to be well-fed and happy.
