FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

- Unfortunately, due to our venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate any extra guests at this time. Our ceremony and reception are strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

- We are asking that our guests please wear formal attire in the color black (we know, black at a wedding is typically a no-no, but we have a vibe in mind). We want to see all of our loved ones dressed their best! Think tuxes, suits, ties, formal dresses, midi / floor length dresses.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

- We kindly ask that guests RSVP, whether they plan to join us on our big day or are unable to attend, here on our website by September 1st, 2024!* Please navigate to the last tab on the right at the top of the page named "RSVP" to let us know! Please RSVP for each event listed so we know how many people to expect for each of our events. Thank you! * If we don't hear from you by September 1st, 2024, we will assume that you are unable to join us (which is totally okay!) and you will be marked as such. If marked "unable to attend" we, and the venue, will not be expecting you on our wedding day.

Question

Do you know what weekend your wedding falls on?

Answer

- Yes. We are well aware of the weekend our wedding falls on, and what the upcoming Tuesday is. We kindly ask that our guests PLEASE refrain from talking about politics at the wedding. We all hear about it enough everyday, let's take a few hours break and have a great time together.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

- Due to the venues limited capacity, only children specified by invitation will be in attendance.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

- Help us get the party started on schedule (and save Toni a mental breakdown please). We recommend that you arrive 30- 45 minutes before the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:20 pm.

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

- Arrow Park has on-site parking available if you're planning on driving to the venue. There will be transportation provided at two of the hotels that we have saved room blocks at for our guests that book with the hotels. Check out the accommodations tab to learn more.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

- We're getting married in New York's Hudson Valley in the beginning of November. Usually by November it starts to get a little chilly up here, and weather can be a little unpredictable. Temperatures can range anywhere from low 50's to mid-low 60's. Weather permitting, our ceremony is fully outdoors, cocktail hour is mixed indoor/outdoor, and the reception is indoors.

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

- If you have any questions or concerns leading up to the wedding day, feel free to text/call Toni or Ricky and we'll answer them as best we can for you. Questions and concerns day of the wedding will be directed to Toni's mother, Christine D'Annibale (914-629-3841), neither Toni or Ricky will be answering calls or texts on the day of the wedding.
