How do I book my room?

Call our travel agent Kayla, (615-713-9404)- or email her- info@yourpassportdestination.com- She is happy to answer any questions that you may have about, pricing, payment plans, due dates and any other questions you may have about your travel experience! After your $250.00 deposit this will ensure that your room will be secured!

Can I stay somewhere other than the Hard Rock?

Answer

Yes you may however, we really recommend booking at the Hard Rock through Kayla with all the other guest, this will ensure you that you will have full access to attend all of the wedding events. If you choose to book outside of Kayla, you will also have to pay additional fees in order to be on hotel grounds and along with fees to attend our private events, If you choose to contact Kayla ASAP.

What if I want a room thats not apart of the room block?

What is included in an all inclusive

Answer

Guest will have full access to buffets and restaurants within the Hard Rock Hotel as well as snacks and food vendors. What about drinks? Yes! With unlimited access to the top shelf drinks at all bars and lounges, room service is included as well.
